Definitions

These Terms of Sale apply to all Orders placed on the Company’s website and govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.

'Customer' refers to any individual purchasing products for personal use, excluding resellers or intermediaries.

'Order' refers to any request by a Customer to purchase one or more products from the Company.

'Products' refers to all items offered for sale by the Company, including ready-to-wear, demi-couture, and accessories.

These Terms of Sale apply to all Orders placed on the Company’s website and govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.

Product Descriptions

The Company makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, the Company does not guarantee that the information is error-free or complete. In case of any discrepancies, the Company reserves the right to correct them without prior notice.

Orders

These Terms of Sale apply to all Orders placed on the Company’s website and govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.

4.1 Order Process : Orders can be placed online via the Company’s website. A confirmation email will be sent upon Order placement.

4.2 Availability : Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, the Customer will be notified, and a refund or alternative product will be offered.

4.3 Prices : Prices are listed in Euros, including VAT, and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the Order is placed.

4.4 Payment : Payment is required at the time of Order. The Company accepts PayPal, all major credit cards, and Klarna. Payment details are securely processed and not stored by the Company.

Delivery

5.1 Shipping : The Company delivers to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and will be detailed during checkout.

5.2 Tracking: Once the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number.

5.3 Receipt : The Customer must inspect the Products upon receipt and report any issues within three days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy : Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable.

6.2 Refunds : Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and branding related to Atelier Nicolas Cerrutti UG are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without the Company’s consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Products. The Company is not liable for any indirect damages or loss resulting from the use of the Products.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The version applicable to an Order is the version in effect at the time the Order is placed.
