At Atelier Nicolas Cerrutti, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below for a smooth process.

  1. Return Policy

    We accept returns for items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

    Unused and in their original condition.

    In the original packaging with all tags,dustbags, and other accessories included.

    Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please Note: Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. In to Your Account: If you have an account with us, log in and go to the 'Orders' section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and choose Return Item to initiate the process.

  2. For Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, please email our customer service team at service@ancberlin.com to request a return. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure all parts, including dustbags and any other accessories, are included. Attach the pre-paid return label we provide to the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at any DHL or other participating post office in Germany. The pre-paid return label will cover the shipping costs.

  5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 7 days of receipt by contacting service@ancberlin.com . We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Pre-Paid Return Label

The pre-paid return label is provided by us to cover the cost of return shipping. Here’s how it works:

Label Issuance: We will send you a pre-paid return label via email once your return request is approved.

Label Application: Print the return label and attach it securely to your return package.

Shipping: Drop off the package at any DHL or other participating post office. The pre-paid label ensures that return shipping costs are covered.
